Had an amazing dining experience at Browns Crafthouse FSJ tonight. Food,service,portion,drinks everything on point but our server Adriana was above and beyond. I wont fail to mention other girls on floor were amazing too. Will definitely be back.

Stellar service. Ordered from Skip and they got things mixed up, called the store and Trevor came and rectified the situation. Beautiful people and customer service. Highly recommend. Also food was delicious

First off, I haven't had food that GOOD since The Kraft Kitchen in kelowna 15 years ago. Besides the food, the drinks were great, the decor is nice and the service was great and friendly. I put 5 stars for everything put really it was more of 4.5 but I try to put everything in perspective. They were out of 4 or 5 dishes, it took 20 minutes or so to get our first drinks and food about 20 minutes after that BUT there was 14 of us, no reservation and the place once we showed up was full. It was really a good time and did I say the food was great? Finally a good place to eat in Frt St John!!!

Had family come in from out of town- our regular take out was too busy to get thru on the phone so we decided to try out the Crafthouse. We ordered 4 meals and several appetizers and when we went to pick up there was a minor pickup. Not only did they correct, they gave the incorrect sides as an extra and dessert. Great service. Every single one of the wait staff that passed by as we were waiting stopped to ensure we had been helped. Everyone was so attentive. Great experience and will definitely be back to sit down and enjoy a meal at the restaurant. *also all the food was top notch

Overall great experience, food was excellent, service was diligent, friendly and fast. Place was nice and clean however very loud. Went on a Wednesday night and the place was bumping.
